Josh is responsible for leading and managing the McWhinney capital markets team to source, negotiate, close and execute on all required capital to sustain and grow the organization while prudently risk managing the company’s overall debt portfolio. Josh brings more than 30+ years leading and managing capital markets teams for public and private real estate companies (in excess of $2.5 billion of closed capital transactions), operations, and real estate development experience.
