Centerra Businesses Continue To Expand And Diversify

LOVELAND, COLO. — August 22, 2017 — McWhinney, an experienced Colorado-based real estate investment, management and development company responsible for the 3,000-acre master-planned community of Centerra, located in Loveland, Colo., continues to expand its footprint with the addition of new office tenants throughout its business parks. Centerra’s amenities and prime location at Interstate 25 and U.S. 34 continue to draw businesses seeking to expand or relocate along the Front Range.  

Employers Council has moved into 3,467 square feet of office space in FDC II, located at 5250 Hahns Peak Drive. Amazing Care Home Health Services opens this month in its 3,028-square foot space in the Compass Bank Building located at 5285 McWhinney Blvd. Transpro Burgener has moved into 1,800 square feet of office space in Rangeview One at 2725 Rocky Mountain Avenue. Kaiser Permanente has renewed its lease in Hahns Peak One located at 4850 Hahns Peak Drive, and Safelite has expanded its headquarters at 5195 E. 37th Street to include 41,945 square feet, sharing Centerra Industrial with Toddy’s. Pinnacle Agriculture will soon be moving into its new location at 1880 Fall River Drive, occupying 26,159 square feet. At the Marketplace, Puttin’ on the Wax waxing studio recently moved to its new location at 1569 Fall River Drive, adding 5 years to its lease term, and Sally Beauty Supply renewed its lease for an additional 7 years. Finally, the VA Clinic will be moving into 24,000 square feet at 5200 Hahns Peak Drive in the first quarter of 2018.

The Veterans Affairs Medical Center will hold a Veteran open house on Tuesday, Aug. 22, at 5 p.m. at the Associated Veterans of Loveland, 305 Cleveland Ave, in Loveland, Colo. The open house will provide a forum to all Veterans, their families and the community to learn about and discuss current and upcoming initiatives to improve VA access to care and benefits in Northern Colorado.
