The Dairy Block Lands a Food Hall with 15 Restaurants

LoDo’s coming Dairy Block now announces new dining and drinking establishments headed to the mixed use building. The 66,000-square-foot space taking over the block between 18th and 19th between Blake and Wazee Streets plans to bring in Milk Market by Chef Frank Bonanno and Mr. Pink, a live music lounge.

Milk Market at Dairy Block features a a food hall with 15 restaurants and bars operated by his company, Bonanno Concepts on the ground floor corner of 18th and Wazee Streets. The 15,000-square-foot market brings Morning Jones, a pastry shop; Bao Chica Bao and its Asian street bao buns; Lou’s Hot & Naked with hot fried chicken; Albina by the Sea, a fresh seafood eatery named for Bonanno’s grandmother; MoPoke, a poké bowl restaurant; Green Huntsman with a salad bar; sandwich shop S&G Salumeri; Bonanno Brothers Pizzeria; Stranded Pilgrim with a tap room pouring Colorado beers; and Cellar, a wine bar.
