The Financial Analyst will be responsible for a variety of duties including providing financial analysis, development budgets and accounting reports; analysis of the financial feasibility of proposed development projects; and market research to forecast and analyze trends of general business conditions.

The successful candidate will possess a BS in accounting and/or finance; have 2+ years of finance experience, preferably in an analyst role and prior experience in the Real Estate development environment. Please see the attached position summary for further details.
