It could cost visitors up to a grand this weekend to stay in Denver’s newest hotel overlooking Coors Field.

The 172-room Maven Hotel marked its opening in the Ballpark neighborhood Tuesday. The hotel sits at the south corner of Wazee and 19th streets and anchors Denver’s new Dairy Block development.

The Maven is the latest boutique hotel added to downtown Denver after the 180-room Hotel Indigo opened near Union Station in February.

After a grand opening discount, rooms at The Maven were listed from $169 a night for the roughly 350-square-foot Apprentice King to $999 a night for the 770-square-foot, “tastefully themed” Diamond Suite overlooking Coors Field.
