LOVELAND, COLO. – November 10, 2015 – McWhinney, a Colorado-based real estate investment, management and development company responsible for multi-use developments in Colorado and California, is pleased to announce it will add 83,890 square feet of industrial building space to its award-winning Centerra master-planned community. Centerra Industrial will feature flexible space configurations, 24-foot clear height and dock high loading. The industrial complex will offer tenants office, light assembly and R&D space as well as light manufacturing, warehouse distribution and cold storage.
“McWhinney is excited to diversify our product offerings at Centerra,” said Ashley Stiles, Vice President of Development for McWhinney. “There is a shortage of flex space in the market and this new addition will offer companies expansion options and convenient access to I-25.”
Centerra is home to an educated workforce of more than 7,000 employees with access to more than 30 restaurants, 1.5 million square feet of retail, three hotels, a health club, miles of trails, open space and spectacular views of Colorado’s front range. The community offers Class-A facilities, a hospital, a new Pre-K through 8 STEM school, and was developed with quality design guidelines and sustainability in mind. The new industrial site is centrally located with close proximity to the Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport, easy truck access to I-25 and Highway 34 and regional access to Interstates 70 and 80.
