Centerra Industrial Announces Safelite as Next Industrial Tenant

McWHINNEY is pleased to announce that Safelite, the automotive glass and claims management company, has signed a lease to become a tenant at Centerra Industrial, a new development located at 5195 East 37th Street in Loveland, Colorado. Completed in spring of 2016, Centerra Industrial has approximately 84,000 square feet of Class A industrial space located in the award-winning Centerra master-planned community. Safelite is leasing 41,945 square feet with plans to occupy in the Spring of 2017. Mike Eyer and Kyle Lundy of CBRE Fort Collins served as advisors on the project and are leasing the space on behalf of McWHINNEY.
