Centerra Industrial Announces First Tenant, Toddy, LLC

CBRE Group, Inc. on behalf of McWHINNEY, announced today that Toddy, LLC, makers of the Toddy Cold Brew Coffee System, has signed a lease to become the first tenant at Centerra Industrial, a new development located at 5195 East 37th Street in Loveland, Colorado. Completed spring 2016, Centerra Industrial has approximately 84,000 square feet of Class A industrial space located in the award-winning Centerra master-planned community. Toddy is leasing 41,945 square feet of Centerra Industrial with plans to occupy at the beginning of 2017. Mike Eyer and Kyle Lundy of CBRE Fort Collins served as advisors on the project and are leasing the space on behalf of McWHINNEY.
