Olsson Associates will be the First to Occupy Hahns Peak Two

LOVELAND, COLO – July 6 – Realtec of Loveland is pleased to announce that Olsson Associates is the first business to lease space at Hahns Peak Two, McWhinney’s newest office building, located in Centerra at 1880 Fall River Drive, Loveland. Olsson, headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, will occupy approximately 9,000 square feet on the second floor and anticipates their occupancy to be in the fall of 2016. Under the direction of Kris Pickett, Northern Colorado Office Leader, the Centerra office has grown from four employees to more than 25 in just three years.
“Our growth is indicative of Olsson’s commitment to Colorado,” Kris said. “Given the range of services we provide we expect the growth to continue.”
Hahns Peak Two is a 56,000 Class A office building located in the heart of Centerra in Loveland, Colorado. The building’s Core and Shell was completed in early June 2016 and the first tenant finish project is to begin in July. The building boasts one of the most walkable office locations in Northern Colorado with nearly twenty restaurants and 500,000 square feet of vibrant retail space located just across the street. Also immediately north, employees can enjoy access to Centerra’s trail system, the High Plains Environment Center and over 275-acres of open space. “Olsson Associates is an exceptional group,” said Ashley Stiles, Vice President of Development at McWhinney. “We are pleased to see them expand their footprint at Centerra.”
Ron Kuehl, with Realtec Loveland, has partnered with McWhinney to market the first speculative office development in Northern Colorado since the great recession. “Office vacancy rates are at a historic low of under 5 percent and Hahns Peak Two is the one building in Northern Colorado that can accommodate businesses requiring up to 50,000 square feet of Class A space,” said Ron Kuehl.
