CSG International, an information technology solutions provider, partnered with McWHINNEY to develop a 208,000 SF Class-A corporate campus providing 1,300 employees an open floor plan and inviting, collaborative workplace.

Situated west of downtown at a prominent corner at 180th and Dodge Street, this build to suit project was completed on schedule and under budget, allowing CSG International to take occupancy on August 1, 2012.

The two building, three story structures are joined by a two story enclosed connector and large outdoor plaza space. Designed and built with sustainable design elements and construction methods, the contracting and development teams completed the design and entitlement process from concept to groundbreaking in less than 3 months and completed construction in 14 months.

Partners: Opus served as the design build firm for the core/shell as well as the general contractor for the Tenant Improvements. RNL Design was the architect for the tenant improvements and UGL Equis served as the tenant representative.
