SOVA, the 12-story apartment building proposed by McWhinney for the corner of East 19th Avenue and Grant Street in Downtown Denver’s Uptown district, is now under construction.

This infill development—which replaces an ugly surface parking lot—will provide 211 new homes for Denver residents in a very walkable/bikeable and transit-accessible area. Use this link to visit our first post on SOVA with renderings and other project details.
