From mixed-use projects such as Dairy Block, hospitality independents like the AC Hotel and office complexes with a sustainable focus as in Rangeview V, McWHINNEY is developing complex projects and inspiring people. See live footage of a few of our projects in progress and under construction.
Dairy Block is a mixed-use office, retail and hospitality development along Wazee Street between 18th and 19th streets, on the historic Denver Windsor Dairy Block in LoDo. The project broke ground on May 11, 2015 and will feature 260,000 SF of office space. The Maven hotel and a mix of restaurant, retail and lobby spaces occupy the ground floor.
AC Hotel Portland
McWhinney and Sage Hospitality, along with Mortenson Construction, officially broke ground on the AC Hotel Portland in August of 2015. The 13-story Marriott-branded hotel will add 204 guest rooms to Portland’s inventory.
AC Hotel Portland will blend contemporary styles with cosmopolitan sophistication with a dash of eccentricity in true Portland form. Design will be crisp and clean, and will feature a carefully curated selection of artwork and unique sculptures from local artists.
With some of the most awe inspiring views in Colorado, the Rangeview Complex was developed to be the best multi-building Class A office campus in Northern Colorado with flexibility for tenants ranging from 2,500 square feet to 82,000 square feet. The design incorporates flexibility for a large headquarters facility in the four building campus with a strong corporate appeal. The project capitalizes on views and sustainable building design and construction methods to maximize productivity and comfort for the tenants.
