McWHINNEY develops Swift and Company, a Fortune 500 corporation, world headquarters at Promontory in Greeley

The Promenade Shops at Centerra open and Colorado BMW opens as the first dealership at The Motorplex at Centerra

In 2002 Centerra is chosen as the location for a new level two regional hospital and trauma center. In 2007 this hospital was completed in partnership with Poudre Valley Health System and Medical Center of the Rockies, now University of Colorado Health

In 2012 McWHINNEY joins the Union Station Alliance as co-developer and managing member on the renovation of the historic train station in downtown Denver. In July of 2014 McWHINNEY and the Union Station Alliance reopen the historic train station as Denver Union Station

Great Wolf Resort Southern California in Garden Grove, California opens

In 2015, McWHINNEY begins redevelopment of downtown Denver’s historic Windsor Dairy into a vibrant, mixed-use project known as Dairy Block, which opened in 2017.
