WESTMINSTER, CO — November 5, 2010 — McWHINNEY broke ground on Arbour Square Luxury Apartment Homes in The Orchard Town Center yesterday. McWHINNEY will be holding an official ground breaking ceremony for Westminster’s newest luxury apartment community onsite on Wednesday, November 17th at 3:00 pm.
