LOVELAND, COLO. — January 17, 2017 — McWHINNEY, developer of the 3,000-acre, award-winning master-planned community, Centerra, in Loveland, is pleased to announce the expansion of a 600,000 square foot business park located on 13 acres near the Fort Collins-Loveland Airport. Construction will begin on the second building in the development in 2017. This building will be 84,000 square feet with 14 dock-high doors, 4 drive-in doors, up to 24 foot clear heights, 52-foot by 50-foot bay spacing, skylights, ESFR sprinklers and a 1.5 to 1,000 parking ratio. McWHINNEY is developing the site speculatively to accommodate uses ranging from office, light assembly, research and development, light manufacturing, cold storage and warehouse distribution.
Centerra Industrial, the first building in the Centerra Industrial Park, was completed in the spring of 2016, with approximately 84,000 square feet of Class A industrial space that is already 100% leased. Current tenants include Toddy, LLC, makers of the Toddy Cold Brew Coffee System, with 41,945 square feet leased, and Safelite, the automotive glass and claims management company, also leasing 41,945 square feet.
