Don oversees the design and construction of all McWhinney projects, leading teams in the technical facets of development, including master-planning, land development, building design, horizontal and vertical construction, tenant improvements and property improvements. Don’s focus is to ensure the quality and consistency of all McWhinney construction and design standards.
