CYCLE Apartment Homes
Cycle, McWHINNEY’s newest lifestyle multifamily community, is conveniently located adjacent to The Foothills Mall in the heart of Fort Collins, near the MAX line, and within walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment.
Cycle will offer 405 apartment homes comprising a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom layouts with quality finishes and unique amenities consistent with existing McWHINNEY Lifestyle Communities along Colorado’s Front Range.
Pinyon Pointe is a 166 unit multifamily project located in one of northern Colorado’s top performing submarkets. It will be designed with walkability and multiple amenities, providing a unique apartment living opportunity in Northern Colorado.
McWHINNEY has begun construction on 211 new apartments at the corner of 19th Avenue and Grant Street in Denver. Sova will replace a surface parking lot. The complex will take about 22 months to complete. Most of the units will be one-bedrooms and studios, with a sprinkling of two-bedrooms. Sova will also have a row of street-level, townhome-style rental units.
Hyatt Place, Boston
McWHINNEY, in partnership with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is developing a 294-key Hyatt Place hotel located in the Seaport District of Boston, MA. Located proximate to downtown Boston with expansive water access and views, Seaport is the epicenter of new development and growth in in the City with numerous innovative and large corporations relocating to the area.
The hotel is expected to open in March of 2020 and will be the first Hyatt product in the Seaport district. Complimented by 6,500 sq. ft. of retail restaurant space, a lobby bar, outdoor patio, top floor pool, top floor fitness center, and rooftop deck, the hotel offers numerous amenities to enhance the guest experience. The hotel design references the nautical history of the seaport district with a refined and sophisticated style.
