Developed by McWhinney, Sage Hospitality and Grand American, Inc., Dairy Block is a mixed-used redevelopment of the LoDo block that once housed Denver’s Windsor Dairy. The soul of Dairy Block will be The Alley – a lively micro-district and experience like no other will run from 18th and 19th between Blake and Wazee Streets.

Dairy Block offers 66,000 square feet of prime restaurant and retail space. Scheduled to open in the second half of 2017, the first retail tenants at Dairy Block will include:

Dairy Block’s six-story office tower is now open, with CTRL Collective planning to move into the space. Founded in Los Angeles, this will be the first Colorado location for the shared workspace that joins together entrepreneurs, artists, creators, innovators and inventors in a creative concept designed to impact the internal and external community.

Additional new office tenants include the Denver headquarters for McWHINNEY, industrial real estate firm ProLogis, the national headquarters for Italian fast-casual chain Romano’s Macaroni Grill, the downtown Denver office of Equus Software and Cuvee, a luxury lifestyle and travel company.
