This committee is run by ethically charged individuals who are striving to eliminate barriers within the Real Estate space. They are responsible for connecting the business to organizations that will help grow inclusion within the company and our community.

The Culture Ambassadors are dedicated to creating ‘great places for people’ within the walls of the company. They work company events and help foster meaningful connections in the workplace such as celebration gatherings, activities, and other office happenings.

The Wellness Committee organizes activities, challenges, events, and meals, in the areas of physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, stress management, self-care, and more. It’s their goal to follow a holistic approach to health and wellness as they promote health in the workplace.

The McWhinney book club meets and reads a book every two months, holding meaningful discussions to understand the books read, apply their lessons to the workplace, and even win prizes. In 2023, the book club decided to cycle in business-based books to promote culture, leadership, and a team atmosphere.

We care deeply about the communities where we develop. Combined, our associates volunteer more than 2,000 hours each year at various non-profit organizations. We support local food banks and community kitchens, underserved youth and families in need, housing programs, evacuated fire and flood victims, frontline medical professionals, local and global conservation efforts, and more.
