Aaron M. Brown was born in Wichita, KS. He received a BFA from the University of Kansas, MFA from Syracuse University. In regard to his paintings, he comments that, “My paintings are pictorial orchestrations — views of an alternate interior reality that are sewn together from daily observations, memories, impressions of the world at large, and my imagination. They are a prismatic lens through which I can re-view the world, and a transcription of what I encounter there…”.
