Installation Information

These are fabricated of 22 gauge stainless steel, then painted with a Sherwin Williams Industrial paint in matte finish. There is a small washer at the top to serve as a loop for cable + ferrule hardware to hang the shapes with. The wire grid will be taught. Each piece will hang down on its own length of filament to allow for height variation and allow movement, but the spacing and taught grid attachment will keep the pieces from getting tangled. My artwork is an introspective analysis of the presence of the human body; through tracing the history of touch, physical sensation, and emotional interactions, my intention is to explore, engage, and express our corporeal reality.
