Denver, CO (Feb. 7, 2018) – Dairy Block – Denver’s newest micro-district redevelopment in the heart of Lower Downtown – is excited to share that Huckleberry Roasters and The Perfect Petal are now open in the lobby off of Wazee Street between 18th and 19th Streets.

Open daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Huckleberry Roasters at Dairy Block offers a variety of coffee, espresso and tea drinks along with specialty coffee shakes and smoothies. Huckleberry is also serving an assortment of toast and waffles, including avocado toast, seasonal hummus toast and a Noosa yoghurt topped waffle with seasonal fruit & maple drizzle, among others.

The second location of Denver’s popular Highland Square flower and gift shop, The Perfect Petal at Dairy Block offers dazzling fresh floral arrangements as well as potted succulents and homeware. Open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., The Perfect Petal carries greeting cards, jewelry, journals, trinkets and more. Several Colorado product lines are represented, including lotions and soaps from Formulary and Zents.

Also opening at Dairy Block by late spring will be Milk Market, a food hall by Denver Chef Frank Bonanno featuring 15 restaurants and bar concepts. Bonanno will also be opening Engine Room Pizza at Dairy Block, which will serve pizza by the slice facing The Alley.

Dairy Block will also be home to Mr. Pink’s, an underground lounge off of The Alley that serves delicious food & drinks, with live music nightly, a Seven Grand whiskey bar and a retail space by the founder of the popular Denver Flea marketplace.

Dairy Block is already home to Sage Restaurant Group’s Kachina Southwestern Grill and Poka Lola Social Club by Restaurateur Peter Karpinski. Guests of these establishments will be able to take their cocktails and beers into the Dairy Block Alley once it is fully open this spring.

Dairy Block offers 66,000 total square feet of prime restaurant and retail space. Developed by McWhinney, Sage Hospitality and Grand American, Inc., Dairy Block is a mixed-used redevelopment of the LoDo block that once housed Denver’s Windsor Dairy. The soul of Dairy Block will be The Alley – a lively micro-district and experience like no other will run from 18th and 19th between Blake and Wazee Streets.

Dairy Block’s six-story office tower is now open. Office tenants include the Denver headquarters for McWhinney, industrial real estate firm ProLogis, the national headquarters for Italian fast-casual chain Romano’s Macaroni Grill, the downtown Denver office of Equus Software, the CTRL Collective shared office space and Cuvee, a luxury lifestyle and travel company.

Also now open at Dairy Block is The Maven Hotel, an independent, modern hotel delivering 172 industrial-chic guest rooms and an energetic lobby managed by Sage Hospitality.
