LOVELAND – A second medical office building attached to Medical Center of the Rockies in the Centerra development in east Loveland is complete.
The North Medical Office Building, an 85,000-square-foot addition to MCR, recently opened and is now home to Medical Clinic at Centerra P.C., part of the Greeley Medical Clinic family of health-care providers.
“We are very pleased to see our doors open at the Medical Clinic at Centerra P.C.,” said Barbara Yosses, Greeley Medical Clinic’s CEO, in a recent press statement. “The convenience and direct proximity with physicians at MCR will positively impact our patients and in turn our communities’ overall health.”
George Hayes, MCR president and CEO, said the opening of the North Medical Office building is a huge step in the ongoing development of the 91-acre MCR campus. A South Medical Office Building opened along with MCR in February 2007.
“The North Medical Office Building and the presence of the Medical Clinic at Centerra add another significant accomplishment in our goal of continuing to offer patients convenient access to world-class health care,” Hayes said.
The project team for the new medical building included developer McWhinney, Delta Construction, Vaught Frye Architects, Adonia professional Services, AE Engineering, BHA Design and TST Engineers.
