DENVER, COLO. – July 15, 2013 – McWhinney has completed the move from its office in the Independence Plaza building at 1050 17th Street to 1404 Larimer Street, Suite 300 above Tamayo in Larimer Square. Colorado-based McWhinney is an experienced real estate investment and development company responsible for multi-use developments in Colorado such as Centerra in Loveland and North Park in Broomfield. The company moved its Denver office location to Larimer Square to be closer to its two LoDo redevelopment projects – Union Station and the Historic Windsor Dairy Block.
“We are thrilled to welcome McWhinney to Larimer Square,” said Jeff Hermanson, chief executive officer for Larimer Associates. “Like Larimer Associates, McWhinney is a company dedicated to creating a sense of place within their developments; that mission is the main reason we work so well together on Denver’s Union Station. Our objectives in revitalizing and reclaiming historic spaces are in perfect alignment. We could not have chosen better neighbors and will enjoy being in close proximity to McWhinney.”
“Our beautiful historic office suite is the perfect fit for us,” said Chad McWhinney, CEO and co-founder of McWhinney. “Our relationship with Larimer Associates to date has been phenomenal, and we could not be more pleased to office in a location that is so well aligned with the projects we have adopted in Denver. Larimer Square was one of the first Denver locations that began bringing near-dormant historic spaces back to life and re-establishing their relevance in the downtown ecosystem. We look forward to continuing this legacy of values through our own work. Our office will help remind us of this daily.”
McWhinney’s headquarter office will remain in Loveland, Colo. For more information, please contact McWhinney at (970)962-9990 or (720) 360-4700 or visitwww.McWhinney.co.
