Estimated to open in August 2011, the new restaurant will be 11,270 square feet and seat 398 guests. Golden Corral at Van de Water will be located directly across from Kohl’s department store.
With more than 490 restaurants nationwide, Golden Corral is a family‐focused, value orientated restaurant offering guests fresh, wholesome foods at affordable prices. Conveniently located with ample parking, Golden Corral will offer their legendary endless buffets featuring a variety of delicious favorites and continuous new menu offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all for around $10. “Golden Corral is a great fit at Van de Water and McWhinney is excited to bring this unique dining experience to Loveland,” said Dean Barber, McWhinney vice‐president of development. “With the addition of Golden Corral, as well as other retailers we will be announcing later this year, Van de Water is quickly growing into a great community shopping center for Loveland and the surrounding areas.”
“We are very excited to open the first 11M prototype Golden Corral restaurant in Loveland,” said Jonathan Woo, a first‐time franchisee of Golden Corral. “The 11M prototype is 40% more spacious than the typical Golden Corral and it offers unparalleled food selection and dining experience. We look forward to offering a pleasurable and affordable dining experience to every guest that walks through the door.”
Van de Water is a multi‐use, 370‐acre McWhinney development that combines residential, retail and business in a convenient location off Highway 34. The development is bordered on the east by Loveland’s Mountain View High School and Addison Avenue and Lowe’s to the west.
