Lifestyle hotels are brands within a larger chain such as AC Hotels by Marriott or Hyatt Centric. Soft brand hotels have a franchise affiliation but maintain their own identities — The Elizabeth in Fort Collins, for example, is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection.
