McWhinney and JE Dunn Join Forces in Support of RiNo ArtPark

McWhinney, a national real estate investment, development and management firm with expertise in commercial, multifamily, hospitality, residential and mixed-use assets, and JE Dunn, a national general contractor specializing in many of the same sectors, are proud to announce investments to support RiNo ArtPark.

Nestled within open green space at 35th and Arkins and connected to the South Platte River, ArtPark explores intersections of nature, recreation, and culture.
