LOVELAND, COLO. – June 24, 2015 – McWhinney, a leading Colorado-based real estate investment, management and development company, is pleased to announce it will add a 56,000-square-foot office building to Centerra’s Hahns Peak Office Park. The building will be developed entirely on spec, marking it as the first spec building to be developed in Loveland-Fort Collins since McWhinney’s Rangeview Three building in 2007, also located in Centerra. McWhinney is anticipated to break ground on Hahns Peak Two in July, with completion in early 2016.
“We are thrilled to see Centerra continue to flourish as we bring much-needed available office space to the market and larger community,” said Ashley Stiles, McWhinney’s Vice President of Development. “This project provides the ideal opportunity to build upon McWhinney’s commitment to creating great workplaces that connect employers to nearby amenities.”
Hahns Peak Two will become part of a two-building office campus located at 1880 Fall River Drive, within McWhinney’s 3,000-acre master-planned community, Centerra. The two-story building is designed to provide multiple customers up to 26,000 square feet of continuous Class A office space. Given Hahns Peak Office Park’s location within the master-planned community, the building will offer customers distinct walkability, including pedestrian access to The Marketplace at Centerra’s premier retail and dining options. Other features will include high-quality fiber optic technology, a shared lobby entrance, open floor plans, approximately 225 parking spaces available for the building’s employees and competitive lease rates.
Centerra serves as a centrally located mixed-use community with direct access to I-25 and Highway 34 as well as close proximity to Greeley, Windsor, Fort Collins and the Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport. As the largest master-planned community in Northern Colorado, award-winning Centerra is positioned near top employers within the region as well as a regional hospital, leading university and a health club.
