McWhinney Announces Four New Associates in Development & Finance

DENVER, COLO. – January 19, 2015 – McWhinney is pleased to announce the recent addition of four new associates to its development and finance business units. Brad O’Neil joins McWhinney as Senior Vice President – Capital Markets, Ashley Stiles joins as Vice President of Development – Northern Colorado, Kyle Ramstetter joins as Director of Development and Shawn Dressel joins as Developer. The team of new associates adds more than 50 years of cumulative experience to the real estate investment, management and development company.
As Senior Vice President – Capital Markets, O’Neil guides McWhinney strategically in sustained financial growth. In this role, he focuses on capital market, banking and financing relationships to support all business interests. Prior to joining McWhinney, Brad served as Director of Finance at Amstar for nearly 14 years, overseeing the company’s banking relationships closing a variety of complex debt transactions totaling $2 billion. He also served as Vice President for Wells Fargo Bank, sourcing and closing more than $1 billion in loan volume during his 11-year tenure.
Stiles joins McWhinney’s Northern Colorado development team as Vice President and oversees new development projects in the Northern Colorado market. This includes sourcing and vetting these projects from procurement through completion. She comes to McWhinney from The Broe Group, where she served as Director of Development. Stiles has also worked with such organizations as Roche Constructors and Terracare Associates.
Director of Development Kyle Ramstetter works closely with Chief Development Officer Trae Rigby sourcing opportunities for McWhinney within Colorado and on a national scale. These projects range in size and product type. Prior to McWhinney, Kyle has worked as a broker for office tenant leasing as well as office redevelopment sourcing.
As McWhinney’s Developer – Denver, Shawn Dressel fields development opportunities across all commercial niches in the Southern Colorado region. Shawn primarily focuses on the Denver Metro area, fielding opportunities and working closely with McWhinney leadership to determine opportunity feasibility. She has served at other Denver area real estate development fixtures, including St. Charles Town Company and Continuum Partners, in development roles, managing more than 3 million square feet of Denver Metro real estate.
