McWhinney Announces Vice President Commercial Operations & Vice President Multifamily Operations

LOVELAND, COLO. – December 4, 2013 – McWhinney is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Tom Hall to Vice President Commercial Operations and the addition of Dori Locke-Brewer, Vice President Multifamily Operations. Colorado‐based McWhinney is an experienced real estate investment, management and development company responsible for multi‐use developments in Colorado, Nebraska and California.
As Vice President of Commercial Operations, Tom Hall leads the commercial operations for McWhinney and its Property Management team, managing more than 1.5 million square feet of office, medical and retail properties. He joined the McWhinney team in 2003 and previously served as the Director of Property Management. He sits on the Centerra Metropolitan District and is an active member of the Mountain View Rotary Club.
Dori Locke-Brewer currently manages more than 1,100 apartment homes for five of McWhinney’s lifestyle communities: Lake Vista Apartments at Centerra and The Greens at Van de Water in Loveland; The Trails at Timberline in Fort Collins; Arbour Square at Orchard Town Center in Westminster; as well as Arbour Commons, McWhinney’s latest 394-unit multifamily property currently under construction in Westminster. Prior to joining McWhinney, Locke-Brewer served as President and Managing Partner at Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Management Services, LLC. She serves as a faculty member for the National Apartment Association Educational Institute and is a member of the National Apartment Association, Institute of Real Estate Management and Women of the Summit.
