DENVER –  McWhinney, a Colorado-based real estate investor and developer in commercial, multifamily, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use assets, announced that Bill Grubbs recently joined the company as Chief Investment Officer. In this role, Grubbs is overseeing McWhinney’s real estate investment portfolio and institutional equity capital markets activities.
