LOVELAND, COLO. — September 27, 2012—Loveland-based developer McWhinney recently celebrated the opening of CSG International’s new office campus in Omaha, Neb. McWhinney is the developer/owner of the project, which is located on 180th and Dodge Street.
Dean Barber, McWhinney Vice President of Development, stated “CSG decided that the Build to Suit option was their preference in January of 2011 and put their faith in McWhinney to deliver a 200,000 square foot, state of the art campus for their 1,100 employees in less than 20 months, and at that point a site had not yet been selected. We were able to deliver, below budget and ahead of schedule. This has been a great partnership from day one.”
The new campus features two buildings connected by a walkway bridge, including an open workstation layout, numerous collaboration spaces, an open-air patio, and a campus park area. The Omaha campus is CSG’s largest office location in its international operations, which span 24 countries.
Peter Kalan, CSG International President/CEO, stated “With a project of such great importance to our employees and our business, we had to find the right partner as our owner and developer. McWhinney has been that partner. Their commitment to this project assured that our new Omaha campus represents the culture and the commitment to quality inherent within CSG, while providing a productive, healthy environment for our employees.”
