NAHB honors DTJ, KTI for community center, clubhouse design, respectively

McWhinney, the master developer of Centerra and The Lakes at Centerra, along with its architect and design partner DTJ Design, based in Boulder, announced that their Lake Club at The Lakes at Centerra recently won the Platinum Award for Community Facility from the National Associa­tion of Home Builders Best in American Living Awards. Additionally, the Lake Club won Best in Mountain Region, made up of Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.
