New Businesses at Centerra Bring More Than 100 Jobs

LOVELAND, COLO. – February 26, 2014 – Centerra, a 3,000-acre master-planned community located in Loveland, continues to serve Northern Colorado as a bustling employment center, attracting leading businesses and retailers to its award-winning community, including 9 new businesses. Centerra’s amenities and prime location at Interstate 25 and U.S. 34 continues to draw businesses seeking to expand or relocate along the Front Range.
Factual Data II Office Building, located at 5250 Hahns Peak Drive, welcomes Aerotek Staffing, which will occupy 4,000 square feet, and Pinnacle Agricultural Holdings, a crop input provider. Pinnacle plans to temporarily occupy space at Factual Data II before moving into 12,550 square feet of permanent space at Hahns Peak One, located at 4850 Hahns Peak Drive, in June. Cobalt Mortgage has moved into 2,036 square feet of space in Foxtrail Office Park, located at 1625 Foxtrail Drive, and the Compass Bank Building at 5285 McWhinney Boulevard now includes The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Olsson Associates, an engineering and design firm. Encompass Medical Partners, LLC currently occupies space at Rangeview Office Campus located at 2695 Rocky Mountain Ave. Cuattro, a Heska Company, recently moved into 4,342 square feet of space at Precision Drive Business Park located at 3755 Precision Drive. The Marketplace at Centerra, a part of the largest contiguous retail center in Northern Colorado, now includes Perfect Teeth and Massage Envy, bringing the center to a 99 percent occupancy rate.
Over the last six months, these new tenants have brought approximately 100 jobs to Centerra. With the new leases, Foxtrail Office Park and Hahns Peak One are 100 percent occupied, Precision Drive Business Park is 97 percent leased and Rangeview Office Campus is 95 percent leased. The Centerra submarket currently has an office, medical, flex vacancy of less than 4 percent with approximately 29,500 square feet available and half of that vacancy being medical space.
