Onsite resident amenities include an 8,000 square foot state-of-the art welcome center, theatre and media room, 24-hour fitness facility, gaming area, cybercafé, golf simulator, outdoor swimming pool, fire pit, BBQ’s, indoor/outdoor entertaining areas, children’s play areas, water features, in addition to a private interior courtyard.
Arbour Square was designed and built with a commitment to sustainability and received LEED certification per the USGBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System.
