Centerra Industrial II located at 3720 Aldrin Drive is an 83,890 square foot building that was completed in 2017 and is occupied by Toddy, LLC. and was completed in 2017.

Centerra Industrial IV located at 4555 Viking Way is a 123,000 square foot building was completed in 2019 and serves as a last-mile distribution facility for a global e-commerce company. The adjacent lot (III) was utilized to accommodate vehicle and employee parking for the business. The building was sold in 2020.

Centerra Industrial V located at 4545-4539 Viking Way is a 123,000 square foot building was completed summer of 2020 and is occupied by Norco Volleyball Club and Growcentia.

Centerra Industrial VI located at 4525-4515 Viking Way is a 123,000 square foot building that was completed end of 2020 and is occupied by Home Depot and Gerry Pacific.

Centerra Industrial VII located at 4513-4501 Viking Way is a 120,000 square foot building that was completed in 2021 and Bobo’s operates within the full building.

The Centerra Industrial campus totals more than 660,000 total square feet.
