Centerra Industrial is McWhinney’s industrial campus situated within a 3,000 acre master-planning community and continues to grow its offerings to meet the needs of local and nationwide business operations. Centerra Industrial I | 3716 Aldrin Dr: an 83,890 square foot building features two tenants, Safelite AutoGlass, Toddy, LLC. and Conundrum Coffee Tasting Room, offering separate public entrances and loading zones. Completed in 2016.

Centerra Industrial II | 3720 Aldrin Drive: an 83,890 square foot building is wholly leased by Toddy, LLC. and was completed in 2017.

Centerra Industrial IV | 4555 Viking Way: a 123,000 square foot building is one of the largest industrial offerings in the community and serves as a last-mile distribution facility for a global e-commerce company. This building was completed in 2019 and sold in 2020.

Centerra Industrial V | 4545-4539 Viking Way: is a 123,000 square feet and was recently completed summer of 2020. This Class A building includes 28-foot clear heights, dock-high loading, ESFR sprinklers and flexible space configurations.

Centerra Industrial VI | 4525-4515 Viking Way: the latest 123,000 square foot fifth campus building is currently under construction with completion scheduled for December 2020. This building will include similar features to the fifth building, 24-foot clear heights, dock-high loading, ESFR sprinklers and flexible space configurations.

Centerra Industrial VII | 4513-4501 Viking Way: the sixth campus building is planned to break ground in the first quarter of 2021. This building will include similar features to buildings V and VI with 24-foot clear heights, dock-high loading, ESFR sprinklers and flexible space configurations.
