Constant Contact, with a tight budget and very aggressive schedule requirement, turned to McWhinney as a reliable and trustworthy development partner for their 50,000 SF build-to-suit customer service center in Northern Colorado.
An initial 9,000 SF leased temporary space was provided for six months in an existing building and a long term lease was created for the build-to-suit building. A collaborative phased design/construction process created a “Phased In” occupancy format that allows Constant Contact to grow annually from 9,000 SF, to 25,000 SF to 50,000 SF by year three and structure a lease deal accordingly.
