Agrium partnered with McWhinney to build a corporate divisional headquarter facility for Crop Production Services at Centerra. Maintaining a strong corporate appeal while utilizing sustainable design and construction methods, McWhinney completed the fifth Rangeview office campus building on time and under budget.

The five building, 235,000 SF lakefront campus offers inspired mountain views to the west and provides comfort with 70% exterior windows to create an inviting workplace. Immediate connectivity to an adjacent trail system, outdoor seating options and public gathering areas in addition to a nearby health club, helps attract top agriculture talent while obtaining high productivity.
