Fiberspar Corporation at Iron Horse

Fiberspar Corporation, an industry leader in composite, spoolable pipe for the oil and gas industry, partnered with McWhinney to develop a 165,000 SF office and manufacturing center located at Iron Horse.

Situated southeast of Centerra, the manufacturing facility sits on a 17-acre site alongside the Great Western and Union Pacific railways. This industrial project broke ground on May 23, 2012 and with an aggressive construction timeframe it was completed by October of the same year.

The facility has a 6,000 s.f. office component and a 159,000 manufacturing area. The manufacturing area has 35’ clear heights to allow for the transportation of large spools of plastic pipe. Clerestory windows provide daylighting throughout the facility.
