McWhinney broke ground in November 2020 and delivered this 200,000 SF build-to-suit last mile delivery station for a national credit tenant in August 2021. This commercial building is situated on a 50-acre site within McWhinney’s 1,100-acre Baseline Master-Planned Community in Broomfield, CO. The developed site includes multiple van loading and queuing areas, 15 truck loading docks and more than 1,500 parking spaces. The project incorporated many sustainability initiatives, including EV infrastructure & accommodations for solar panels, and was designed to meet gold LEED certification. This is McWhinney’s second project for the national tenant.
