JBS Swift – Build to Suit

The company needed a state-of-the-art corporate headquarters built in the shortest possible timeline that would be adjacent to a prime transportation corridor between the east and the west. The first building developed by McWhinney in 2001 consisted of 102,000 SF and an additional 32,000 SF of space was added to the campus in 2006. Project management from McWhinney provided a single point of contact so any issues were addressed quickly to keep schedules and budgets on track.
