Chief Financial Officer

Derek brings over 23 years of real estate, finance and capital markets experience. He is responsible for strategically guiding McWhinney, while overseeing all financial matters, including capital markets, financial forecasting at the enterprise and partnership levels. Derek also oversees McWhinney’s Debt Finance and Corporate Finance groups, and works closely with the asset management team and the company’s executive team on corporate strategy related to financial goals, business objectives and financial performance.
