Keith Hurand

Chief Development Officer

Keith brings more than 24 years residential and real estate experience. He’s responsible for strategic planning for four key business areas of the company including; master-planned communities, commercial and mixed-use development, multifamily and build-to-rent development, and project management and operations. He also oversees the community development operations for Baseline and Centerra, in addition to sourcing large-scale land development opportunities.
