Kyle develops and oversees the strategy, vision, development and execution of large-scale, multi-use projects and master-planned communities. In addition, he leads the Centerra and Baseline teams, development strategies and sustainable efforts. Kyle brings nearly two decades of experience with private/public partnerships in creating diverse master-planned communities in resort and mixed-use settings.
