Troy co-founded the company in 1991 with Chad McWhinney. He provides strategic leadership for McWhinney’s development and investment plans. Additionally, he develops new growth opportunities and fosters all new and existing investor relations. For more than 30 years, Troy has played an integral role in securing entitlements for over 5,500 acres in Colorado, he has developed over 6,000 acres of land, produced more than 4,500 units of multifamily assets and created more than 15 million square feet of commercial real estate development. His strategic guidance and real estate aptitude continues to lead McWhinney toward its purpose of building a world of possibilities.
