Installation Information

Sandra Clark earned her BFA and MFA in fiber art at Colorado State University. She currently teaches in the art department at the Community College of Aurora in Aurora, Colorado. Sandra explores concepts from math, science, history and psychology through fiber techniques such as weaving, dyeing and stitching. The resulting works simultaneously create actual and illusionary spaces through light, shadow and reflection. The iridescent threads wink and twinkle with the subtle movements of the metals forms.
